Copper tubes
These copper products can be provided in a wide range or dimensions and tempers – hard, soft, half-hard.
In our warehouse we have round drawn hard tubes or copper drawn soft tubes (rolled up in pipes). Copper tubes are 4 to 5 meters long, but it is possible to have them with different lengths. Upon request, we can provide square and rectangular tubes. Copper tubes are used to realize furniture, bathroom accessories, radiators, faucets, valves, etc. in addition to tubes, we also have copper wires rolled up in pipes, with different tempers – hard, soft, half-hard – from diameters 0,3 mm to diameters 6 mm.
Characteristics and fields of application
Copper tubes are used in many industrial fields, but mainly in conduction and distribution systems (gas or water) and in refrigeration systems. Copper is well known for its versatility and corrosion resistance, and for its good electrical and thermal conductivity. These properties make copper the ideal material for heating systems, radiant heating panels and solar panels.
Copper tubes are also bacteriostatic, so they are largely used in the medical field.
